Maintenance Request

If this is a life emergency please contact 911. Please contact our office in addition to submitting a maintenance request if there is a problem involving any of the following:

  • If you don't have hot or cold water.
  • If you don't have heat or your heat is not working properly.
  • If you have a hazardous electrical problem.
  • If you are having a problem with your refrigerator, range/oven or any other major plumbing fixture supplied by the landlord.
For all other repair requests please log in to your Tenant Portal and submit a maintenance request. We will contact you within 48 of your submission.

Maintenance/Repair Information:

For all other repair requests please submit the following information. We will contact you within 48 of your submission: Please provide as much detailed information as possible, including the location and complete description of the problem. Failure to provide a detailed description of the problem may result in a delay of the work being started.

Example:
WRONG- "Leaky toilet"
RIGHT- "My toilet in the upstairs bathroom has a slow leak around the base."

Example:
WRONG- "Garbage Disposal broken"
RIGHT- "I turned my garbage disposal on today and it ran for a few seconds and then stopped. I flipped the switch on and off a few times and it's only making a humming noise now."
